TASTING NOTES

Spice-driven aromas reveal tart red fruit, black tea, and an inviting mineral essence. The rich, full entry showcases the power and focus of this Pinot Noir. On the palate, persistent ripe dark cherry and red plum merge with traces of dried roses, brown sugar, and allspice. Fine-grained tannins and oak notes edge the wine, contributing to its delicious depth and complexity.

THE STORY TO KNOW

Bucher first planted their vineyard in 1997 and have been passionate about growing Pinot Noir ever since. Initially they were selling their fruit to exceptional local wineries including Williams Selyem, Siduri Wines, Papapietro Perry, Arista, C. Donatiello, and more. This same passion led them to producing their own wines starting with the 2011 vintage. With the help of winemaker Adam Lee of Siduri Wines, they released their first wines in the spring of 2013.
