“This is an absolutely clean, fresh and grapey wine that's easy to sip and appreciate. It tastes dry and inviting and has beautifully concentrated aromas and flavors of blackberry jam, framed by a full but not tannic mouthfeel. Zinfandel, Syrah and Petite Sirah comprise the blend.”

Normally $45! Today $16! Don’t ask how we did it -- just get some!

Think of this sort of as a version of “The Prisoner” -- Zinfandel-based, with Syrah and Petite Sirah that give muscle to the warm juiciness of the Zinfandel. Terribly easy to drink -- WARNING! At $16, you’ll wish you got a lot more! This was a mega-deal that kind of fell into our laps, so drink up!

Vie was started by Bryan Kane, who asked a small group of friends (Rachel Blatt, Barry Dorf, and Brianna Robertson) who were also passionate about wine, to join him in his desire to produce high-quality, unique Rhone varietal wines. Winemaker Todd Seaver joined the team a year later. Through several years of enjoying, collecting, and making wine, they have developed a refined sense of the attributes that make fine, small-production wine. Vie comes from the Old French word meaning "to invite" or "to give occasion for", or, in French today, it is simply translated as "life".

Well, we couldn’t agree more! Juicy, delicious, incredibly generous, and pouring out the fruit flavors. SUCH a stunning buy...we don’t want to say much else, as there’s not enough! While it lasts!
